Guy's is it possible to increase the expiration time?
There was a trick, bit it no longer works.
The trick: release the call before it expires and click back. It should take you back to the call you were transcribing, with the time restored as in the beginning.
But, I found it doesn't anymore. Guess they caught up with us

Sometimes, yes.

The only way I know of is the one brjibs described above.

Release the call under call preference. Go back and refresh the page.

It worked the last time I tried it, don't know about now sha. U can try it out to see if it'll work.

Sometimes, yes.
Still works.
Release under Call preference.
Once done, it loads and takes you to the queue.
Then click back immediately. Like, sharp sharp.
Then refresh.

The fear of a poor rating is what makes me release 'difficult' calls, actually.

Not if I've already spent two hours on the call.
That's why I go through all the time stamps briefly before I start working on a call, so I will know wot I'm getting myself into...

My reason for this question is because i picked up a 3 hrs call and it happened that there was no audio AT ALL, couple with the fact that I've exhausted my daily call release.

My question now is that

Is it possible to have more than one account with different email addresses and number but with SAME PayPal address and also the card linking? So that in case encounter such problem, instead of waiting for 3 hrs before i can select another call, I will just switch to my other account.. Please help out

Do not use the same PayPal on different Qa accounts, they no longer allow it.
Use your release tokens wisely.
And do not attempt to open another PayPal from the same device or internet connection source!

If you've applied before and you failed the transcription test, to apply again u need to use a new email. Once u apply again and u are directed to where u will take the test, simply refresh ur browser continuously till u see clip 6 (the test audio). Then copy and paste the quoted text above and submit.

N.B: Passing the transcription test is the easiest part

I registered this morning but I have been unable to get to clip 6 after several refresh. What can I do?
