mrvitalis:You mean why Yorubas refused to accept an Igbo premier?. No wonder Ojukwu had to sacrifice a whopping 3 million people, just to annex Yoruba land. The whole country knows who you guys are, 2023 is around the corner, you people will still come back to wail BIAFURO or LESHURSHURE. |

doclatom:Hmmmn.....this is interesting! Thanks for sharing. Most people often ignore the fact that Awolowo did the little he could to prevent the war, by trying to appeal to Ojukwu's sense of reason. Unfortunately, Ojukwu didn't get the point he was trying to make....how sad. ![]() |

Zik quest for domination is what ruined the first Republic. Awo+plus zik forming the govt would have rewrote the undue advantage given to north. AG delegates during London conference opined for insertion of secession clause in the Constitution.was supported by north only for them to make U-turn after zik convinced them. Am happy the descendants of zik re suffering from the foolishness and greediness of their ancestors |

ORIENTATION101:Thank you for reminding us of that fact as well. Awolowo made frantic efforts to have that "clause" in our constitution. Zik just DELIBERATELY made himself a stumbling block in the way of that wise sage: AWOLOWO! |

mrvitalis:you fools, you gat no choice. you don't have the number and at the same time Yoruba don't want to have you in their midst anymore. in that 2023 just be ready to move back to your unproductive landlocked erosion ravaged land of OSU. we are chasing you all out of our Yoruba land soon. |

mrvitalis:Was the Western region his father's house? Had Awolowo allowed zik to rule the west after he installed Okpara in the east, I would have personally dug his grave and pour acid on his dead body. Zik was a greedy intruder who encroached our house and we chased him away, how is that a betrayal? I AM DONE TALKING |

mrvitalis:Hahahahahahaha! You see why we who know the Igbos do not care for all your crocodile tears. How can a tribe be so engrossed with payback to the point that they have no actual ambition of their own? The pain of Igbos over the 2023 election is not that Peter Obi did not win, but that he lost to a Yoruba candidate who also defeated the Northern candidate that was their alternative in that election. |
