Honestly I dont know how some people reason. Compensation and benefits is the flip side of reward and performance. This literal definition does not factor the HR method of compensating value add services.

He knows 21 interviewees already in his LG alone, how about the ones he didn't know? not to talk of other LGs in his state.







Or maybe, I'm the only one interviewed in my LG, and many other interviewers are just the sole representative in their LG.

People from other regions can still serve as the sample size. Except it is actually true that there were specific interview dates allocated to different states.

Even at that, we can't conclude that majority of Northerners are not on nairaland. People who applied for this job are all educated and the internet is not restricted to a particular region.
