I really like Abeokuta, very serene place. The GRA is a very lovely place, the towns people are hospitable too. Heard cost of living is pretty affordable.

the same building that the present governor fault during raining season you will hate that place. but when kingdom does amosun rule. and never the less it takes take payers money to build such.

The place is New Abeokuta city, is mean't for Sky scrapers, Shopping Mall, Bank, Hotels, Estate, international conference centre e.t.c. and is very close to Governor Office

Nothing is serene about Abeokuta. Once you get off major roads and start venturing inside you will be greeted with bad roads and rickety houses. GRA is expensive and i bet you no job can sustain such rent in Abeokuta. Cost of living? The only thing cheap is transport, food is costly and housing is quite on the high side. If they mistakenly build a decent house they will tag 400k rent, 30% agreement, 30% agent and 30% damage fee! You end up paying 520k in Abeokuta of all places!
