it not up to that , the width of river Niger is not up to 3 km

Onitsha to Asaba part of river Niger is about 1000 feet width which is around 1km , add the road up to the bridge from Delta and Anambra , that's about extra 1 km , we are talking about 2km project here , I have walked past the first bridge in 9 mins , the first is same learnt with this new one

if the first bridge is free , I do 60km/h , I do pass it under 2 mins with car several times.
