Is this a Job or slavery? You better go and teach in a school that's closer to you. As a graduate, if you are one, you should earn at least 25k

I don't know why I usually get angry when I hear people talk about the word "job," or "tribe."

I only give one type of advice and that is: acquire a lucrative digital skill that'll fetch you money while you sleep.

Anything that doesn't fetch you money while you sleep is slavery.
Like which one bro?

Is that one a job? Unless he's not a graduate and saving money to write jamb

It's this " I am a graduate" mentality that is killing most peeps. If you are a graduate and so what, what did you even learn in school with their archaic syllabus

I stay in akwa ibom, getting a teaching job that pays to that amount is not easy
Pm me, I'll direct you to a school that can pay you at least something in that region. You only need to ace the interview. They will also give you a place to stay but they work really hard o. They hire within this period. BTW, what did you study and what's your qualifications?

Mr. Man is either you're lying or a thief(non offense). Or you are here to seek for sympathy maybe there would be a crowd funding raised on your behalf.

No Bank will pay you a graduate 11k! No bank!! Now tell me, how much would the office assistant be paid? Even driver to the area manager gets allowance aside salary!!!

How do you feed? Rent? Recharge card? Data? Polish your shoe? Electrical bills? Transport to and fro? Oga even if you're on scholarship on all these fully paid. No where will 11k pilot you for 31 days while working.

Baba talk wetin carry you come here. This your fabu na wash. Haba!!!!!

You are a comedian. What do you mean by "hustling backward"? Or more like retrogressive hustling.

My friend, will you quit that job already. You are not even meant to bring up this as an issue.
I can bet with my left biceps that you will get something worthwhile doing when you quit on the condition that you are innovative and determined to succeed.

Bank ..11k!!. Is it piggy bank? Don't sell your self short. Some jobs mess up your CV and decrease your value.

YOU GO TO SCHOOL JUST TO GET JOBS?

I ONCE TOLD A GRADUATE TO GO AND ORGANISE THE COMMUNITY YOUTHS AND REFORM THE REVENUE COLLECTION UNIT. BEFORE NOW, THAT UNIT WAS BASICALLY FOR THUGS AND THEY HARASS AND INTIMIDATE PEOPLE JUST TO EXTORT FROM THEM. THOUGH THEY REMIT THE ALLOCATED AMOUNT TO THE LGA BUT THEIR MODUS OPERANDI WAS NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT IS HAPPENING IN OTHER PART OF THE WORLD. THIS GRADUATE DECLINED AND CONTINUED HIS JOB HUNTING. I GAVE THAT SAME IDEA TO SOMEONE (ANOTHER GRADUATE) AND TODAY HE IS MARRIED, HAVE KIDS AND WAS BUILDING HIS OWN HOME WHEN I SAW HIM LAST. THE OTHER ONE IS STILL JOB HUNTING.

DO YOU KNOW THAT IN THAT COMMUNITY THEY OFFER ELECTRONIC RECEIPTS FOR DEVELOPMENT LEVIES AND REVENUE?

THEY CAN PAY FROM THE COMFORT OF THEIR HOMES?

ALL THESE FROM AN INNOVATIVE MIND WHO DIDN'T LOOK DOWN ON MY IDEA.

THIS ALSO CREATED INDIRECT JOBS AS NEW CYBER CAFES SPRUNG UP IN THE COMMUNITY.

SOMETIMES THE LGA'S ALLOCATE JUST 500,000 NAIRA TO A CERTAIN COMMUNITY. BUT THIS GUYS MAKE X10 OF THAT AMOUNT IN A MONTH. IF NOT FOR THEIR THUGGERY AND ILLITERACY, THEY WOULD BE MILLIONAIRES. SAME THING APPLIES TO COMMERCIAL DRIVERS TOO.

BACK TO YOU MY 11K SALARY SON.

ITS TIME TO QUIT THAT JOB OR ELSE I RECALL YOU. angry angry angry

IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA, THEN RELOCATE TO ABUJA AND GET A CAR FOR UBER/TAXIFY.

AT LEAST I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE WHO MADE GOOD MONEY DOING THAT BUSINESS.

Very motivating!!!
Moneystopnonsen:

You can even start with zero balance. All you need do is to be sure the person you are supplying to is going to pay you as you drop it.

The day I started 5k was my last card and I needed about 27k to buy the sand and pay the driver his motor balance(truck fare). I was not discouraged. I went to the sand dump, the first driver I met and explained to was so kind and used his money to complete buying of the sand, and when the owner paid me, i balanced him. And the minimum gain u can make is 5k per trip, u can even make close to 17k per trip wen u add dagbo and when u jam a novice.

So sorry I don't comment, I only read but I feel I have something to say to the OP....
After ssce, I and few of my friends took jamb. We all passed but I wasn't admitted that year and the next and the next. Some of my guys were already in their final year when I decided to run to a private polytechnic just so that I know I was in school.

While I was home, I did all sort of odd jobs to make hands meet then I finally settled for electrical technician job. By the time I will get into school, I was about the biggest boy in school and it was a walk in the park cus everything I wanted I had.

I have finally graduated with HND in computer science and just completed my NYSC July 4th. I have a beautiful wife and a cute son. I own a ICT company in Lagos and have driven 3 personal cars, own lands in Abuja, delta and Lagos etc as I cannot list all my achievements.

Those my guys are still saving money to get married. No good job and nothing to hold on to. They are even willing to work for me.

My advice to you is....
Leave that thing you call a job cus it's not.
Go Learn a trade. I will list a couple
1. Generator repairs - as a graduate, people will patronize you more cus your style and packaging will be different.
2. Electrical work
3. Motor mechanic - Learn the basics for the bosses and train yourself the rest of the way.
4. Tiling and painting.

The best part is that non of these jobs takes up to 4 months to understand and even start having your own clients. Zero capital.

You can survive on 11k a month because you are been feed by maybe a guidian or your parents. They should continue feeding you while you look for a way of life. You may not touch money for months but when it starts coming, it will make up for all the 11kzzz you missed and more..

I hope you read this and resign today
