Ole: “We always get linked with big names, we still hope one or two deals can be done. You never know in the last week of the window. We’ve been working on cases for a long time. Who knows.” |

Ole on James: “He does all the things fans love. He can beat a man, he’s unbelievably quick, he’s great at timing his runs, his work-rate, he works back, he wins the ball, he challenges, he’s on the floor every game because he gets kicked, but he’s so tenacious.” |

Ole: “We’ve had five weeks with good work, they were fit when they came back so we didn’t have to start from scratch. The boys have done well over the summer. Tactical work has been very good as well.” |

Solskjaer (March 2019): “We have scouts looking… but if you say that we need a false nine, then we don’t need to scout Lionel Messi or Dybala. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to say that, ‘We’ll take him!’” |

We needed to improve that back line anyhow. Na right winger and one midfielder remain. I would rather have full cash than dybala I no trust that guy. And make we sort this lukaku issue before season start. |

Lana1:Who wan buy? Even saw a rumor here about no offer for Darmian despite being valued at £5.6m or so ![]() And the season is quite long, so those guys will have to play at some point to give the starting defense some rest to avoid fatigue. |

GloryIsaac: Uhn... Yes sir. I believe Maguire and Lindelof can't play all matches, the more reason I'm not agitating for the sale of all of them. Smalling is still okay but you see Jones and Rojo especially, they're not fit for this team again. If they could stay fit for major part of the campaign, then by January, sell off Rojo without any apology. I'm still worried about the midfield though. We still need a DM/CM. In short, we need Bruno. |

I've seen almost all Bruno highlights, the guy is more attacking than defending, I will go for a standing dm and dybala |

Melvyn11:De gea is 17.8m, Maguire is 80m., AWB is 45m, Shaw is 30m, Lindelof is 30m. I dont know where you got your figures from |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by CapitalCee(m): 7:32am On Aug 03, 2019 |
GloryIsaac:I prefer Mandzukic to Ben yadder. Mandzukic is 33 but he is very strong and dodged, and have this knack of scoring important goals. If we add him to our attack, it will be very helpful, afterall the Aguero that is leading City's attack is around his 30s. And Mandzukic wont mind coming in as a sub and starting occasionally. He might be a cracking signing you know |

Fernandes leaves Sporting ahead of Man Utd move 55 minutes ago 06:52 Manchester United target Bruno Fernandes was seen leaving Sporting Lisbon's training ground after a meeting to decide his future. The 24-year-old was filmed on CMTV getting into a car and leaving his club's facilities after a discussion with Sporting hierarchy about where he will be playing football in 2019, according to The Mirror. Tottenham and Real Madrid are also reportedly interested in the Portuguese playmaker, who was seen in tears following his previous outing with Sporting. |

CapitalCee:I prefer Yedder because of his age, and he'll definitely start more if he joined the club, but there's this playing mentality i love about Mandzukic despite his advanced age, which is why i don't mind him as a backup attacker. With that mentality, he should be able to adapt to the Premier league easily and hopefully score a lot of goals. SkySports reported that Dybala doesn't want any 25% cut in his wages if the club fail to qualify for UCL, doesn't sit well with me. Looks like he's trying not to lose out if he underperforms. |

Mandzukic has accepted going to United reports @CorriereTorino |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Leyqute(m): 8:34am On Aug 03, 2019 |
GloryIsaac:Yes. Saw that too, and it is a concern. The clause is there majorly to motivate the players to perform well and get in the top 4. There won’t be any cut if they do. And moreover, the 25% won’t be going to the club, it’s for the club’s sponsors, presumably to make up for the lost revenue incurred by a lack of UCL football. The thing is every Utd player has the clause in their contract. If Dybala’s doesn’t have it, it can cause a problem in the dressing room as everyone else will want theirs removed. We are still battling with the consequences of Sanchez’s wages FGS. |
