Guys, investing 500M in tbills at 10% and using the same amount to build a hotel in lekki which one do you think will yield a higher roi annually?

- Also need a business plan

- And thirdly, they will actually give 2 years first and you start a business and if it suceeds after 2 years, they will now give residence

- Also must employ a New Zealander.

I swear any working foreign country is better than Nigeria.

How's cost of living there, though?

The hotel is building will make him more money there(Island) for instance let assume he builds a 5 star hotel say 300m, swimming pool, bar and conference hall, he can generate a 1 over 8 of the capital in a year after deducting expenses

Please sir, does the 100k include the capital for the business or just a security deposit/expression of interest? Employ a New Zealander from the 100k? The thing no clear well.

the 100k is the money available to invest in new zealand....it your funds ,u study the place for a year b4 setting up once the enterprise pick up u will need man power u must be a new Zealander
