I'm happy that no south east state participated in this Yoruba Protest .

Sowore will rot in jail because I know Tinubu will abandon him because of his 2023 ambition.
You must be a kid, or a very shallow minded and vain soul to be saying this nonsense

Cross Rivers fell my hands in this. Oya see am. Just See am. Didn't anyone teach them the history of avoiding anything Afonjas are doing. Just watch how they'll abandon the men and women that were arrested in CR. Before we know it, their media would start tagging it as Cross River's revolution. SMH. Learn from history jor. Anyway, I pray for the CR people arrested. May God save una.

As for rest of south and east, applause for avoiding the bullshit. A huge Applause. Let Yorubas deal with their next level by themselves. After all to quote their 2015 statement "Buhari is the Messiah sent by God to save Niggeria."

Let them enjoy their Messiah
#sai Buhari
#next level grin grin grin grin

Afonja's titled Savior of Niggeria well done ooo
All gibberish

The sowore you guys are shouting up and down started playing politics before most of you here on this forum.Even when he never contested for any position in the 1999 tussle for democracy, he was arrested. What is happening in the country today is not a matter of whether this person is hause , Igbo or yoruba..The happenings now will always affect future generations.

Look at the sophisticated mor.n...What civilized people are saying is that you and Tinubu shouldn't have destroyed ballot boxes in Lagos which would have been used to remove Buhari...barely 4 months ago...and that doing it through a revolution is punishable by DEATH. Can you understand that?
What you foolishly don't get is the world doesn't revolve around Yoruba, i don't even stay in Lagos neither am I Yoruba.

The elections itself i didn't even cast a vote for anybody let alone using my energy to destabilize an election process I never participated in.

I hope you realize buhari got more than 40% votes in abia too

I seriously don't get it, bringing up Diezani, Boko haram, Jonathan and others... So since we can't change the past, shouldn't the past and present spur us on to demand and work for an improved future?
The rate of depression is high, non payment of debts, suicide on the rise, vices increasing daily and so on.... Haba Who do naija

You are openly accusing someone of Bigotry. But people from your ethnic extraction championed this govt into existence despite his incompetences from the past, you guys repackaged him and called him reformed Democrat just only so presidency will shift to one of your own. Now the poverty has gone round and affected your people, you people now have mouth to talk about Bigotry.

It's as if the term BIGOTRY is restricted to only people from the Igbo extraction in Nigeria. Lol!

Nigeria is going down and its all your people's fault for supporting a failure instead of GEJ. Admit you made a mistake for once

U dont get it, do u. We will never apologize for our action, if the clueless drunkard come again for Presidency tomorrow we will still boot him out. Deal with that.

Did you protest? Sowere is in incarceration already without an action.
I don't reside in lag, but my respect for sowore is he doesn't run from battle since the military days.

I love the project and would join whenever it is cleared that this isn't a political gimmick since he is now into politics
Re: Revolution Now: 60 Arrested In Cross River, Lagos, Others — Sowore’s Lawyer by Johnsghana(m): 10:11am On Aug 06, 2019
Sowore was impatient and not tactical. Still behaving like an undergraduate student union activist.

Revolutions are not made overnight. Calling for revolution even before the revolution starts gives your enemy ample time to plan to twart your revolution with government resources.

Consider this, if you were in government and someone was planning to overthrow your government, would you lie in waiting for that to come to pass?

Look at all the other countries were revolutions have taken place successfully, they never start out as revolutions.

Step 1
They start out as protests against common issues that affect majority of the population. Gradually it will gain momentum and more people will participate. Once you have enough people protesting daily, you can increase the demands of the protests to include things that the govt will not be willing to compromise and they will have to use force on the protesters. Make sure there is enough international media coverage for the protests and government attacks on the citizens.

Step 2
Then, change it to revolution. Go out and get support from other governments that will apply international pressure on your government and support you with food and other resources for your protests.

Step 3
Pretend to be open to negotiations with the government, go to the negotiation tables with mostly outrageous demands and a few reasonable ones. Don't insist on the outrageous demands at first. Get the government to commit to the reasonable demands, go back to your protesters with these wins as it will be good for morale and a show of power for you. Then go hard with the unrealistic demands and draw a hard line with timeliness.

Step 4
Begin to pick out individual actors, especially military leaders in the government for prosecution by ICC and sanctions by international governments. Turn around to support deserters in the military and win them over to your side.

Note: The leader or the face of the revolution must never be arrested as this demystifies him and the revolution. He needs to have a hero persona. He should be able to evade arrest always.

It is only a matter of time before you get what you want.
