I don't believe even a tertiary hospital cannot diagnose this after thorough investigations.
An abdominal CT talkless a MRI should have clinched it,assuming the clinical findings and scan were inconclusive.
I just can't believe that even a teaching hospital told her they don't know what it is.Sounds more like what the local Nigerian would tell someone,that the problem is "spiritual";in 2019,with better diagnostic tools and improved medical knowledge!
Disgraceful.

One woman at our place is pregnant close to 2 years now..Her first child was 15 months.

The doctors did not diagnose pregnancy but because of the swollen stomach, hence strange pregnancy. It could be Odema of the stomach probably due to enlarged heart condition. The doctors should look at that direction.

A scan should reveal what exactly is there. If she’s overdue, the medical team should resort to CS. Whatever tissues that may have grown in her womb could also be removed safely through medical procedures. Surely, there is a governor in this state and there is a commissioner for health.
