They went on to sign ( Ngolo Kante, Marcos Alonso,David Luiz,Batshuayi) and won the league 2016/2017 season with the same bag of beans Matic, slow Fabregas, useless Cahill, headless chicken Williams etc that finished 10th (sarcasm) . I guess they should have sold off dozen of the players that finished 10th the previous season and sign brand new 8 players to address all areas of the pitch in 1 transfer window.

The only key signing was Ngolo Kante, and they won the league conveniently with a coach new to the league(Conte). Listen, Wan Bissaka and Maguire are key signings to us and will definitely elevate us to atleast 3rd position this season, I am very sure of that.

The earlier will forget about last season bleep the better for us.

Listen, I have no vendetta against OGS. I have no reason to pray he fails. I’m angry that the club are not signing the necessary players we need to compete again because I feel the squad is not reliable enough.

Towards the end of last season, I was querying OGS tactics which I have refrained from doing because I could see obvious improvement in the way the team set up which is why I’m angry we are not getting quality players in to help the manager. Almost everyone on this board last season were lambasting the players that they are not good enough, 2 months later you want to tell me the players are now good automatically? I believe not.

Yes, I called OGS a Yes man because I don’t believe he’s happy with the squad he has so he should quit pretending to be happy when he’s not. First of all, i dont think anyone here wants Ole to fail. Ole made some statements about players leaving after last season but all we saw were those players getting new contracts. Though i dont believe in Ole sulking but making statements like "I have told the board getting a midfielder and an attacker is crucial to my success" will absolve him from the Yes man tag.

Lukaku have been sold but there were bigger problems in the team than Lukaku. Mata, Lingard,Fred,Matic,Young,Jones,Rojo,Sanches, Darmian should be on their way out by now but Ole keeps smiling sheepishly and talking like a toaster at pressers. Even Rojo of all people was promised a role in the team by Ole, thats annoying. Those fine speech have their expiry date, believe me if he doesnt succeed everyone will ask for his head.
