smartmom:, Recipe : For 1 delicate of groundnut I used 1.1 nutmeg (seed) optional 2. 3eggs 3. Vegetable oil 4. 1/2 delicate of all purpose floor 5. Milk flavor 6. 6 adult spoon of Sugar (depending on your taste bud,you can reduce it but don't add more) 7. Level spoon of Baking powder 8. 1capfull of vanilla flavor or any flavor you desire 9. A pinch of salt Procedure : 1.Pick out the bad groundnut 2.Mix your dry ingredients together that is flour, said, crushed nutmeg& baking powder in a bowl . 3.break your eggs into another bowl, add your flavor and sugar and mix thoroughly. 4.Then in another bowl containing groundnut put 3 spoons of your egg mixture then with your spoon turn it then add small flour and shake in anti clock wise direction, repeat the process until well coated then deep fry with medium heat. High heat will burn your peanut while low heat will make it absorb oil. |
