Sterope:
You add baking powder and you don't use as much milk, the mix must be very thick.

There are online recipes for American Pancakes.
Thanks. Will try it. Baking powder might be the missing ingredient.

cheesy I learnt the thin and flat pancake first, before seeing the thick and fat ones, which I think is the real pancake.

The flat pancake here in Nigeria is no wer close to cake, wrong name.
So I saw this zucchini pan cake on YouTube and decided to do it and give u a run for your money.
It came out very bad. I just poured everything away cry
Wasted my ingredients.
Was so angry I didn't take anything to work.

Did you make this? I love them. Recipe please if you did
,
Recipe : For 1 delicate of groundnut I used
1.1 nutmeg (seed) optional
2. 3eggs
3. Vegetable oil
4. 1/2 delicate of all purpose floor
5. Milk flavor
6. 6 adult spoon of Sugar (depending on your taste bud,you can reduce it but don't add more)
7. Level spoon of Baking powder
8. 1capfull of vanilla flavor or any flavor you desire
9. A pinch of salt
Procedure :
1.Pick out the bad groundnut
2.Mix your dry ingredients together that is flour, said, crushed nutmeg& baking powder in a bowl .
3.break your eggs into another bowl, add your flavor and sugar and mix thoroughly.
4.Then in another bowl containing groundnut put 3 spoons of your egg mixture then with your spoon turn it then add small flour and shake in anti clock wise direction, repeat the process until well coated then deep fry with medium heat. High heat will burn your peanut while low heat will make it absorb oil.

no I use fresh groundnut, I forgot to mention this also, you have to fry till golden brown, don't allow it to over fry else it will turn black when it cools down

cheesy too funny, with all the years I spent as a child and youth in Jos and sokoto, drinking mai shai was one pleasure I never indulged in thanks to my clinical minded nurse mum cry.
I hear it's spiced with a bit of ginger. Their tea isn't thesame as homemade my bolder cousin regale us with the taste.

Dinner today. Ran out of tin milk so I used powered milk, it isn't as enjoyable as it is with tin milk,
This is pap I think it's better and healthier than custard
