I just kept it inside freezer.
My electric hand whisk spoilt in the process had to use manual one.

1 measuring cup of Vizyon whipping cream powder(got it from my sister)
1and1/2 cup of cold water for melting the powder.
Cebon condensed milk
Crushed wafers and Noeros biscuits
Melted chocolate
