If someone set up an explosive and another finds out and sends a worker to defuse it and the worker dies while defusing it, who killed the worker?

How exactly is that structure an explosive. I can see the support structure standing strong with a very negligible load on it. I can see gas welding pipes and that the steel structure had to be welded to cut it. If it were not good steel a simple hack saw would do the job. From what i see, there was no need to remove that structure, it was removed not because it was failing but the government of the day and the people chose not to see it.

start repairing? Yes! At least start so everyone can see. Nobody expects him to finish it in 3 months.

With these your comments, I see you're far from owerri and have not seen the works yourself. No need to argue further. Go and see the disaster and come back so we can talk.

Why haven't him destroyed Eastern Palm University? Why did he want to convert it to Imo State University?
Dey should destroy all Rochas' project. They are substandard. The university is substandard. They should pull it down.

Wow ! very technical from you but from my point of views, the one who sent the other is to be blamed cos you must be a professional with bomb protective wears before defusing a bomb. That's my take.

That guy in the picture is not dead

Instant death and his leg in that position. We should apply common sense

It's either the person that posted this is lying or doesn't have the real picture.
Look at the picture again. If that man lying down there is the dead man, do u think those ppl around there will look unconcerned?
The lady was even backing him and was looking at somewhere else. Same with the man and the few ppl standing a bit far from him.
No one was even attending to the dead man. No crowd gathering to behold the dead man.

Fake news.

poster not the gods that are angry but the demons okorocha planted that was originally designed to consume human blood in a great measure but was ejected before time decided not to go down without a sip of blood that's what transpired okorocha is evil and everything around him oozes of evil and those that surports him are disciples of evil all in the same value chain of darkness as instituted by okoro bobo

This is inevitable, someone must die because of these Okorocha and APC cheap and poorly done work that is totally useless to us as a people. The place the iron is hanging is ordinary block, this was a trap set by the last administration and someone from that era should be arrested and charged for murder.

We are lucky Ihedioha saw the danger and quickly dismantled the eyesore before it will crash on a fast moving vehicle, setting up a chain reaction that will kill many more people.
As an Engineer, in school we did a course called workshop practice.
Basically it just tells you how to operate machines and how to be extremely safety conscious around any fabrications or equipment.

I know many people are looking for work. But safety first
Even if you think you are so smart that you can wear slippers and do the work, see it now. The guy is dead. The money he thought he will make from the job, who will get it now?
If he doesn't enter heaven at the other side, where then is the enjoyment?
Just suffer, foolish accident and more suffering?
Abeg O.

He made foolish mistake in a hurry to get his money.

It seems Okorocha would be a better Governor than Ihedioha as things stand..I don't understand rational behind wasting money to destroy project built with money..When will he(Ihedioha) hit the ground running? Okorocha's issue was his greed by making running of imo govt as family affair..otherwise he dd not do badly.

This is a poorly planned job,
1. No proper harzard identification and hazard management
2. No working at height PPE was used
3. Adequate tools and machinery weren't in place e.t.c

The result of these, is the FATALITY we are seeing right there.
It could be avoided.
But guys keep thinking they are so smart and sharp. Keep doing work without taking safety precautions.
I'm a guy O. My hands and feet are like a girl's own. Because I wear safety shoes and gloves when I do any local labour work.
