When they placenta has taken over its duties, progesterone is no longer needed. It becomes harmful. Mee too, I was placed on progesterone in my early pregnancy and stopped when I reached 13 weeks.

I used to having this kinda ball rising in my stomach and it's hard, could be baby movement or braxton hicks? I'm 17+weeks with twins

Braxton Hicks actually is tightening in the lower part of the abdomen. It comes and goes, you can feel it when you sit for long or when you squat to urinate around 30wks up

Have u taken out time to google it?.that you have experience it from 30 weeks up doesn't mean it starts from there.my first pregnancy I experience it from my third trimester..this is my second pregnancy it came earlier.even the babies movements cos they are two.exactly 14 weeks

Yea, I've and according to Google it's commonly experienced in the 3rd trimester. I don't know about BH in twin pregnancy cos I've never carried one before.
I experienced it from 3rd trimester in my first and from 28wks with my second. Started feeling flutters early too
