Igbos are always pained, they feel rejected and depressed. Always showing their frustration at all tribes, why is their life like that? They behave like sons and daughters of sorrow, they never see good things in other tribes.

Third class citizen forming champion.

They complain of brown roofs in other states forgetting their dilapidated states

Indeed. The saddest thing is that they are perennial and irredeemable haters of others, especially Yorubas, year in and year out. They are so obsessed with Yoruba to the extent many can tell you who governs every Yoruba State yet they don't know the governor of their native SE State they abandoned 20 years ago. Na so so Yoruba matter dem carry for head.

When I saw the original picture OP supplied all I thought was wow because of the great road network and infrastructure Aregbe delivered. That is what any progressive-minded person would think and note first because it means Government has done its job well. The brown roof are private houses and with increasing income and a growing middle-class they will eventually be replaced with more modern building as has happened in Lagos, Ogun, Abuja et al.

Yet we trust Igbos to want to use everything to spite Yorubas because they want a'consolation' win over the Yoruba , because of their civil war loss, and will use anything to achieve such. Had to laugh at a thread where they rushed in to call Yorubas 'betrayers' etc because Sowore was removed as leader of his political Party. They were in such a haste to tarnish Yoruba man's image they did not even read the article to note that an Igbo man moved the motion to remove Sowore and a different Igbo man then replaced Sowore as leader of the Party. Igbo coup and backstabbing they still wanted to blame Yorubas for. Hateful jokers.

Aregbe tried on road infrastructure sha. The new Governor should focus on Osun's current needs to work on increasing IGR and innovative creation of job so it can move away from being a civil servant State where Government is the biggest employer of Labour. Civil Servant States never grow. Never.

Nairaland is a media outlet for many comedians to perform their stupidities .The way people (Youths) rush this tread validating what Soyinka said about Nigeria Youths" as first to comment youth who do not have any good contribution on how the country can move forward than to comment on meaningless ,what they don't know and Hates"

Yes. Same here. I feel governors are too mentally lazy and lacking in leadership creativity. Every Governor does the same thing of buying buses, building things etc yet , alongside those efforts, the main focus should be on job creation and growing the SME sector. When people earn they spend and growth everywhere (healthcare, infrastructure, security, education, etc) is the result. Still too many Nigerians are unemployed in the SW and this is unhealthy on many level least of all the impact on growing crime and insecurity. Nigeria should not be where it is if we are not each other's biggest enemies.

Tribalism won't help us because I don't think others are holding us back. If you make the effort to eschew laziness and develop yourself to the best of your ability then you need not fear competition from anyone. Competition can make you grow in ways you cannot imagine you could.

Protectionism, quota system and discrimination in your favour will not because you will be in a self-destructive comfort zone. Just ask the North. What will help the SW is for the youths to get off their lazy azzes and hold leaders to account to deliver more. Nigerian youths can drive the future but they lack focus youths of other Nations have.

Tell me, how are we tribalistic?

-By trooping to your region to establish markets, schools, industries and houses?
-By voting for your son Obasanjo?
-By supporting Fashola even when he's not a pdp or Apga member?
-By no intimidating you lots to vote the candidate of our choice which you people did to us In the last election?

But, I can list thousands of you lots tribalism yet, you parade yourselves as accomodators and liberals.

See what they are celebrating, 3 aluminum buildings and 137 brown roofs. I gave up when on sad waste when i found out that their king in ikorodu around the high court axis has his residence built with red mud.
