If you have phone verification or you have a dedicated email acct, he can't access the code to change your password and lick you out. But yeah, don't give him unless you guys have sealed the deal. But also of he pays you before changing the details, you too can collect his cash and retrieve the acct and lock him out.
Na to see face to face and you two sit down, he shows you cash, you change ownership through email and pass word then he pays.

Thanks a lot...to be honest that account has been there for yrs i sincerely want to sale,I don't care giving him all the details before the cash....but midway into our conversation he snapped and insulted me that is where I suspect he is not real.
Another point is ,,,,,I have given him the username and password of which I asked him to send the five k before the phone number he asked for and then the last five k,he refused.
I said OK....login Facebook will send me a code which in turn I will send it to him,he still refused.

Then ignore him. Any real person knows that its not easy to trust like that. He should not feel bad if you are suspicious and careful. Even he is not exempted from having that feeling
