They're currently opening documents delivered in April. If you're sure your document was delivered in January you need to send an email/call. People that sent documents in March have started receiving their assessments, while those that sent in April are receiving AOR.

Hello guys. If I have my PR and I have stayed in Canada for about a month but had to move somewhere else for and will be in my new place for about 6 months, can my sibling still claim points using me? Thank you.

If the new place is outside Canada, they won't be able to use you for sibling points.

Please, Has there been any PPRs from Accra Visa office in past few weeks?
AVO has been very quiet lately.

In fact eh, no be Small thing. But, I guess the delay could be as a result of student visa processing that peaks at this time of the Year. New intakes usually resume by September each year. Hopefully, they are able to conclude these processes on time .

Please I need answers to my question. I have written the ielts general as the principal applicant for canada immigration. My husband will also be included in he application and he is a Doctor and will want to practice as a doctor there. What ielts should he write for this purpose . Some say General while some says academic since academic ielts is what is needed to practice as a doctor in canada. If he writes the academic ielts can I use it to get additional points on my EE profile or it's not accepted . Please enlighten me

Let him write General, so you get points from him. Being a doctor in Canada is a long process, so no need for the academic now

Hi,

Am really sorry that this is long but I need help!

Am really really confused about this NOC issue.. From the primary NOC to work experience and all of it.
First this is my work experience with dates for the same company:

I presently work as the Admin Manager(Jan 2018 till date) but before then (Jan 2017 to Dec 2017) I worked as the accountant and before that (March 2013- Dec 2016) I was the account officer. I came in as the Account Clerk in Nov 2012 to Feb 2013. *I studied Accounting*

Now my question is which of these am I to use for my primary NOC (from what I understand it has to be up to a year) which should also be my current position right?
The question that follows it asks -what year did you attain qualification to practice? Pls which should I input coz I only have a degree in Accounting.

I created a profile earlier and used Accounting for my primary NOC and also for my work experience without including my present role as the Admin and my profile was eligible.
Then I decided to use my current role as the Admin Manager (1 year and 7months) for my primary NOC and fill out all my experiences listed above under work history only for me to receive a mail that my profile is ineligible. * I used Admin so as to have an advantage for Alberta PNP*

My IELTS score is from 6.5 and my POF is accurate.

 @topsmamen @stencil @ladymarshall help a sister
. Thank you

Pls what should I do next? I don't want to create another profile till I sort this out. I have been working for the same company since inception and have only been promoted to different positions.

please i need clarification on this, i was arguing with a friend today on the issue of remark in writing module, he said the outcome of a remark in writing depends on how high the bands of other modules (LRS), which i disagree totally. I said to him have seen people here that maxed out LRS and remark didn't change whereas peeps have gotten the minimum scores in LRS and still get a positive outcome in remark of writing.I believe writing is a component that depends on none of the modules to be upgraded when EOR is applied.

Only your highest qualification counts, if you have BCS and later get a masters degree valuated, only the masters degree points will count. Am I right elders?
