super eagles no be rehabilitation center or charity group wey they help people. the apex team of any national consist of the very best the country can boast of in world football so if nwakali jnr want to be counted he needs to work harder with determination to fulfill his potentials. he is a very talented kid but sometimes talent is not enough! safarigirl: |

mostob:You don't know what you are talking about. They had brilliant performances their first few games, so, when they played badly, people could make excuses for them. This is different from a player that either did not get to feature, or played poorly. You cannot get multiple chances when you perform badly at your first chance See Ebuehi, do you think he would have continued getting invites if he wasn't good? How many times did Rohr invite him, before he gave him his first chance? Did Ebuehi not put in a brilliant performance that day? Do you think if he had played poorly, you'd see him again? Why are you not clamouring for Nwakaeme? Did he get multiple chances? |

Hmmmm,Alampasu,Maduka,Uzoho and Ezenwa. Walahi wahala dey with what am reading here from respectable monikers. This thread is losing it and there is need to bring sanity especially when it comes to analysing with facts not emotions. My question does Maduka deserve eagles call up?capital NO cos on what criteria. Alampasu had his opportunity through invitations but Uzoho two LA liga appearances gave him a break through and replaced Alampasu from always Rohr three goalkeeper list . But at 22 do we say Alampasu should be discarded cos he was still with U23 cos i remeberthst Uzoho was our WC keeper as U23 keeper playing in LA liga third division and i was impressed. Ezenwa was a third keeper with Enyimba and was still getting eagles call up. I think we need to understand how national team invitations is done.It centre on a lot of things, ranging from talents, disciplines, player attitudes, coaches trust and player agent. I want to state it that have been watching eagles sin afcon 1980 and i can tell anyone who care to listen that national team invitation is not only about performance. It was on this thread I was hearing that Zuby doesn't desrve eagles call up but what can we say about Chidi Nwakili invitation by Rohr. Rohr have his network of searching for players and it's left for those involved to recommend player for him.A Nigerian ex fortuna duselldorf player Darlington Omodiagbe was the brain behind Maduka invitation and he has been on it for sometimes. If Maduka come good,no issue but based on his performance he did not deserve eagles call up whatsoever. |

safarigirl:Now,you are getting my point. Their brilliant performance earn them multiple and consecutive call ups not because they like or comment on NFF pages. If maduka can get call up without any brilliant performance at club level, then you have no right to write off Dele because of his lack of game time. That is my point. Maduka being a fine boy might be the reason his invitation dey sweet your belly like this. |

mostob:Exactly, does Maduka deserve a call up to the SE - No Does Alampasu deserve a call up to the SE - No Among the two of them, Okoye has been (liking and commenting) showing commitment and willingness towards the SE, in the end Okoye was invited. I don't see why you're crying |

Humility017:Which chance was Alampasu given and how did he not impress? You keep lying through your teeth to find relevance. Who told you Alampasu doesn't have a club? You are a bloody liar. A very BIG FAT one. Keep that mouth shut for good, hypocrite. Because you are guilty of calling and accusing your PRESIDENT A TRIBALIST because of his selections. Who is Agu that he can't be called such if he is found guilty of such? |

its not been older but who had a better platform to excel between the duo? from non league football to playing for one of the traditional teams in British and Scottish football, competing in Europe competition(uel) in the space of 5 years then other won the golden ball at the u17s moved to arsenal, out on loan several times and now at the verge of being released by arsenal compare and contrast bros lets forget sentiment and favoritism, hard work and determination pays! charlesemeka85:Nwakali's saving grace is he's a DLP which we sorely need in the team. But we can easily offset that with good ball playing defenders to cater to the abundance of CMs we have. He needs to sit up. Time waits for no man |

mostob:Dele and Okoye are not on the same level in their careers. Dele has passed Okoye, he has been called up to the national team multiple times with nothing to show for it. This is Okoye's first call up. If he doesn't get called up next time, unlike you, I will not come online and say a new goalie (let's say Osigwe) shouldn't have been called up, because per adventure, Okoye now has game time at club level Alampasu and Okoye are not on the same level, compare Alampasu to Uzoho, not Okoye. Ehn, his fine boy dey sweet me for belle, na wetin una wan hear, na there all the talk dey end for una. Maybe it is you that is jealous of the fine boy |
