No you can't use O level to apply directly for BSc.

From his AD he won't make the enrolment deadline so work on getting the extension because the VO will ask him during his interview.

TU Chemnitz Msc Information and Communication Systems, has anybody heard from them? I started the apolication since May 23rd with uniassist, my documents was forward Jun 19th. Up till date no response even after several mails to all the email address I was able to lay my hands on. Bro will advise u to move on, one of my friend studying there just came back from their international office regarding my admission status and he was made to know they have over 5k applicant to sort majority on this course including me and the can't give a specific date or time and the admission will simply be for the best credentials.

1, Have never come across MEDICAL examination, the embassy don't request your medical status or i missed it in this thread. at what point do you do your medical and where?

3, is second class lower accepted to do Master's in Germany even though my WES evaluation was very attractive and 5 schools gave me LOA in Canada all best schools in Toronto?
4, Do they have a separate body that evaluate Transcript or just uni assist?
4, Can you recommend the tested and trusted school i can learn GERMAN in Lagos. let me be honest it is very difficult to know if this teachers are teaching me exactly what I needed to know because you cant differentiate from the good/bad. my friend in France warned me and told me "if i don't want to be in mess with all my experience i better start learning German now like everything depend on it". please i beg you i need a trusted school. i have plenty of them but i need to choose.

There's, which date are you traveling and let me know ur departing/ landing airports, let me calculate. There's a mathematical model to get the discount price, but on a general, is about 60k.
