I am wondering because I see them standing near my house to browse all the time but I cant prove they are stealing my data/internet/connection. I have changed my password, is it possible to gain access any other way?

Unless you've given them your password or they've somehow discovered it on their own, it's unlikely that they will have access to your Wi-Fi network.

Do you mean you cannot see people on your WiFi? There's a way you can see how many device connected to your network and you removed them all.

Log on your WiFi account on your computer, phone and see connected devices. Even its on phone hotspot.
