Sure.My mind didn't event go there at all and they didn't worry.we chatted a lot and they really are Willing to help.I guess they don't even bother about what we are bothering about since the account is not created for fraudulent purpose(s).I even guess they know that I am a Nigerian because they asked what country paypal was that.Their customer support is excellent I must say.

By the way, pls, what rate is charged on bank withdrawal? As in the rate of naira to USD?

So I can decide whether to be sending to Naira2usd or verify and withdraw to my acct.

Imaging Naira2USD exchanges for #250 to a Dollar. That's,let's assume one is selling $100,it will be #25000 he will be receiving to his acct.
I know an exchanger that will offer more than 300 per USD for $100, definitely ridiculous selling PayPal funds at N250.

So people sell paypal funds at N250 per dollar. Selling at that rate is equivalent to u sharing the money into three parts, giving the exchanger one part and you taking two parts.

Wow. shocked

Really? How immediate is the withdrawal?I read from a previous page that someone used other bank master card including the OP to withdraw.I was thinking of an alternative using access Visa card to link.

Now,if I link first with Africa card,do I need to afterwards add a master or visa card for withdrawal? As earlier said above by someone or was it you that if I link it with africard,I will afterwards link with the visa or MasterCard for withdrawal.I seem not to get it.

I learnt bank withdrawal take some days...Just tell me what to do so I can be clear on it.

shocked Why are you complicating this na. the Africard is a prepaid visa card, which simply means that it is not linked to a bank account and has to have cash directly loaded on the card to make transactions, although you can fund it by transferring from a UBA account so you can make e payment transaction.
The funds get withdrawn to the card and you can make withdrawals or purchases directly with the card.

You're facing that tiring issue I faced last week and early this week. Here is the solution,

Register on that platform. Go to add payment method, select PayPal as your payment method. PayPal will automatically ask you to link a card. Link your card and you are good to go.

Disclaimer: I'm not in anyway an affiliate of the above website, neither is the individual I quoted. I'm only trying to proffer a solution to the PayPal issue.

For the Africard, just pay 2k or 2500 into the account.
I will advise you to get your Africard first before linking your card because once you link another card, you will end up having the above issue all over again when it's time to link your Africard.

Just asking to be sure, will it be the paypal you registered with that the card will get linked to?

Very true.
I have actually come across someone that sells ebook on how to run paypal account here on nairaland.
Funny enough, the ebook does not even tell u how to withdraw to a card directly. You still have to sell to exchangers.

The night you guys are talking about is actually morning in the Philippines. So, the ratings is based on priority calls. If they need to present the work to their client, it will get rated instantly.
So those saying night raters are hash should instead say morning raters are hash. Lolx
