I don't see reason why you can't be kind enough to just explain that. messages here are contraditory. Some be claiming they've got theirs since while some said now. Some said it's compensation for unsuccessful candidates while some said it's for every one. So wehat does it cost you to share an information if you have it?

I got dropped after the ODVI during the last Shell recruitment in 2016 or 2017, not quite sure. that stuff was so strange to me, and the funniest thing was that my mum walked in while I was having the interview, I couldn't pause it, and couldn't tell her to stop talking to me until after I finished that question. The whole thing just threw me off balance. I wish I had an idea how much they pay their employees then, omo we die there.
