Please I want to ask a question that has been on my mind since. For instance my RN7 screen cracks, if I order a replacement screen, will it still be gorilla glass 5 or just the normal glass Replies please.
It won't be gorilla glass anything, better take care of your screen, it's difficult to see an original screen for any brand of phone.

As this is the first time of using Bluetooth.

I saw this Bluetooth V4.1 kinda cheap on jumia and Oder it at 1k300 with 800 shipment fee, making 2k100

I charge it to full before using it.

I made a call of about 20min with it, and watch a movie of 2hrs with it before it off.

Tho it's off when the movie is 1hr45min.

Am unable to upload the picture as its more than 4mb.
How do I compressed the picture?

The sound and the output is woow, very loving.

My question now is, how long does Bluetooth last?

Did you guys think it's cool with just 2hrs of watching movie and call?

Get a good tempered glass to protect your screen.
Most importantly, be careful with your phone.

Don't ever leave it on your bed or chair.

Hello guys, those of you using the RN7, pls I need your honest feedback on how long the battery can last. I'm hearing people complaining alot about battery drainage issues. Again I hear it doesn't support Glo Lte band. Does this mean one can't use Glo to browse speedily on this device. What about over heating. Thanks

Thanks. I already use an 11D screen guard, and an armoured case that protects the camera. So I think I'm good. I just wanted to be sure that's why I asked. Thanks again, cheers.

The battery is very well okay.
I just plugged my device in JUST NOW, that's my SOT
As for GLO, once your in an area with Glo band 3, you're ready to flex your 4G

7-8 hours on heavy usage, 9 - 11 hours on light usage. It doesn't have glo band 28 but I use glo to browse and it's pretty fast in my current location when the head is correct. My phone only heats up when I'm doing serious multitasking and there's really bad network, and it doesn't get very hot, just a little above warm.

I heard The Redmi Note 8 is gonna be so lit
Me: I'd get one
States all features, sees Media Tek processor
Me: Never mind I'll wait for the next one.

I hope Xiaomi is not going the way of transsion Devices.
That will ruin their upcoming credibility

Xiaomi is not using outdated/archaic MTK chipsets in an overpriced device so I don't see any reason for the "way of Transsion device" talk.

But for me and my pocket, I can't buy an MTK device

Which one is upcoming credibility?

If you don't know about Xiaomi go to Gsmarena desktop mode load all Xiaomi devices, every year they use new chipsets from Mediatek on one or two devices.

Last year it was Redmi 6/6a a lot of people are using those same devices without issues and the Mi Play.

Transsion uses old Chipsets and recycles them the following year.

The Redmi Note 8/8 Pro will be the first devices this year with MTK SoCs and the Helio G90T is a new processor debuting first on the Xiaomi devices.

There is absolutely nothing anyone can do, everything is in the hands of the shipping company.

This is gonna be fun.
Transsion are famous for selling phones with outdated SoCs for outrageous prices (like the Infinix Hot 7 Pro).
August 28 marks the day that we would decide if they are actually fooling Nigerians into paying huge cash for recycled specs.

Mediatek GT90 is a brand new processor. If Xiaomi can sell the Redmi Note 8 with a spanking new SoC for a lesser price than a Transsion phone with similar specs but having an outdated SoC, then it will be a real eye opener.

It will put an end to endless arguements. A defining moment in Transsions future. Very sure breaths are held especially as Xiaomi is holding the price for each unit close to their chest.

August 28th and 29th will be very very interesting.

i've never really understood how infinix and tecno release phones in the 60-80k price mark and still avoid the mtk helio p60-70 like a plague even with brands like xiaomi, nokia and huawei being more involved in the Nigerian midrange market for the past 2 years
