Thanks sir,but VLC and phone's video and music player is the culprit,.. I once uninstalled and re-installed the VLC,still not the solution.I downloaded anti-virus,yet no virus was detected. any other idea?

Hello everyone, my android phone is not displaying on my system to transfer files, even after clicking on transfer files. I have tried all the little ways I know by restarting the system and phone to no avail.
Note that the same USB connects and display other phones with my system but not my phone.
