Similar thing happened in the mid 80s to early 90s at Skindles Surulere, criminals who called themselves Achievers used to call Femi Otedola, Segun Awolowo (Bolanles). That means there father's we're rich, but Femi and Segun personal money can never compete with theirs.

Even though they were not competing with anyone, fast forward to 2019 most of those criminals and drug pushers are living in penury.

The way you spend the money you worked for is different from the way you spend a windfall

I had to look up again and confirm am in the right thread. Balling is not in consonance with my dreams. I do palm wine and 404 or fish, dry or roasted. Highest I have paid at a go is 15k, that means the crowd was much. Clubbing is anti investment so I don't go chasing waterfalls. For the records, a bottle of palmwine is 100 naira and pot of hot dog(and burger) is 25k. Life could be simple if only we let it be.

The rate is not constant. It goes up and down. You can be checking them out and know when the rate rises. On 19th was 9.75-94days, 10.65-220days, 11.75-360dsys

Yea, but it seems their current rates are the lowest.. I dunno if this is intentionally done or otherwise, but I wish the can learn on bidding on higher rates as their compatriots do.

Thank you very much
I've been able to get how to calculate the thing
For instance, if you're investing 2M for 360 days, that will be 360/365 × 12.30/100 × 2000000

(tenor/number of days in the year) × (discount rate/100) × amount

Nice of you cheesy

Category A: People like RealityShot are disciplinarians and feel that any bit of effort is attractive. He feels people should take some time and read back and then come with more specific and sensible questions.

Category B: And then people like globalresource really don't care, as they're always ready to respond to any kind of queries.

Category C: Finally, folks like forlahkhe feel they are entitled to answers regardless of the kind of questions they ask. He/she probably feels the man who asks a question is a fool for a minute, and he who doesn't is a fool for life and so anyone that comes in the way of their questions being answered will be taunted.

grin grin grin

Everyone will be okay.

No one should ask me about my category.

A guy comes from a family who owns an airline and he personally owns 20 trucks. Going by your estimate he makes like 3 to 5 million in a week and then this guy is lamenting that he spent 250k in one night having a nice time with his friends. Sometimes I ask myself some important question. To what end is the continues accumulation of wealth when we are not even sure the day the breath of life will cease.

Ask warren buffet or Aliko dangote this question. This question is the reason why some family remain rich for ages while other are poor or struggling for ages

earning from truck is amortized along the life span ,There is depreciation ,maintenance, insurance ,salary, tax etc it ...it might take 24 months to net out your capital ......accumulation of money in capitalism it to cure the inert fears of poverty or lack ....

I hope you know the difference between revenue or income and profit.

From a revenue of N3 million, his profit might not be more than 500k, after making provision for depreciation, drivers salaries, maintenance, repairs, emergency reserve and provision for vehicle replacement

Unfortunately some people get serious enjoyment and satisfaction by making more money and closing more deals.

What is responsible for the uptick in NTB yields in the secondary market? Is it that $9b matter?
