But then let us talk about types of education:
1. Formal Education
2. Informal Education
Formal education is a great system most parent has asked us to settle for; “go to school, learn how to read, write, communicate and in an interesting way we all know how to read, write, and communicate at our early age possibly while in primary school, then get a job.
For example, to an extent we have all gone to school for several years gotten certificates but the jobs are not there anymore. We never did our parent wrong going to school but because of obvious reason the jobs are not just there.

Informal education is also a system and it is simple. This time we will choose to learn it by ourselves. This will put food on the table and also bring money in our pocket, it could be a hobby or something we love doing while growing up.
Imagine when you choose to go into make-up industry or fashion, cinematography or electronic repairs. This experience and soft skill process would not take up to 6months and you will start making good money from it if interest, consistency and discipline is applied.
This is the more reason I will love us to talk about the selling and buying (informal education) because the buying and selling (formal education) was taught in school and nothing significant is happening with that system in the 21st century because we are in the world of creativities and not certificates.
The wealthy and mighty understand the power of selling and buying then they team up with like minds to achieve great success.
We have a mentor that is teaching the entire team differently and that is what a great leader do; he has made me understand that what use to work years ago do not work anymore like; “go to school, get a degree and have a good paying job” and the reason is because automation and control has taken over.

The state government will rather get traffic light than pay traffic warders that will always ask for maternity and paternity leave, salary increment and worker union that will always complain for sun, rain and allowances.
Also how deep the mood is depends on who we ask, my mentor has been in the business for over 17years with so much experience to share if we are ready to learn and act accordingly with the team.

Before we go on, let me tell you a little more about myself and why I choose to partner with the team.
