Ebonyi state

To be sincere South West is not your mate

Oyo state alone is almost the same size as the entire South East which means South West have a lot of work to do in terms of development more than South East but South West is still doing great regardless with the meagre resources

The whole South East is not Bigger than Oyo State

There are still Villages and Bushes everywhere

You have Oil and Gas and you also receives 4 times allocation more than Oyo State but still yet you are the one migrating in drove to other region

You call yourselves developers but you are still struggling to develop your region that is not bigger than Oyo State grin

Infrastructural developments in Ore excite residents, as leaders, residents laud Gov Akeredolu

The people of Ore in Odigbo Local Government Council Area of Ondo State have started witnessing an upsurge in economic activities as a result of the attention to infrastructural development of the town by the present administration in the state.

Ore is the gateway that connects Lagos, the nation's economic nerve centre with both the Eastern and Southern parts of Nigeria on a direct stretch.
The historical town also provides an adjourning corridor to the Northern part to the country.

The people, who spoke with journalists on Saturday said new investors are responding to the massive infrastructural interventions in the town, initiated by the Akeredolu administration.

While saying that the responses of investors to government deliberate infrastructural upgrade of a town are usually spontaneous, the people said the current rise in economic activities in Ore are exciting to them.

An entrepreneur, Mr Olawoyin Owolabi, who has lived in Ore for over four decades, said the commitment of the present administration in Ondo State has scaled up unprecedented socio-economic activities in the town.

For Prince Temidayo Akinbobola, who was born in Ore and had lived in the town for over thirty years, the ongoing construction of the first overhead bridge in Ondo State in Ore by the Arakunrin Oluwarotimi administration has begun to impact on the security and socio-economic lives of the people.

He said the people are happy that Governor Akeredolu is fulfilling his electoral campaign promises to the people, and believed that the vision of the State Government to turn Ore to a Megacity would soon be realised.

A commercial motorcyclist, Mr Abiodun Babafemi, said the ongoing Ore Interchange would in no small way guarantee the security of lives of all motorcycle riders in the town.

Also, the Chairman of Isero Branch of National Union of Road Transport Workers, NURTW, Mr Suleiman Murufu, said the people are already witnessing a turnaround in the economic activities of the town following the ongoing construction of the Ore Bridge.

Despite incessant rainfall slowing down the pace of work at the bridge construction site, 23 of the 30 Beams needed are ready, while other casting and earth fillings were ongoing.

Pls,my people something has been bugging my mind for a long time.If the southeastern part of Nigeria is that developed, then why would any right thinking individual want to relocate to the so called under developed part of the country.I visited a village called ijawaya.I,that am yoruba, can't settle there and raise kids(pls, not bashing the village o),but I saw some igbos there who are petty traders.I asked one of them where he was from,he said Uboka (am not sure of the spelling)in Enugu state.I told my brother who is also a known traveller in the family, he laughed and said, that place is even better, that he has met them in the remotest areas in the country before. I wonder why its so

Ha keep deceiving yourself

Do you even know that Ibadan is almost the same size as Anambra state?

Which means every cities in Anambra is like some streets in Ibadan?

Ibadan alone is more developed than all South East cities

Well arguing with you is pointless

If your region is more developed then stop crying about how you are being marginalize and reduce the rate at which you flood to other regions

Goodbye

Dumbo from satellite map which is 100% accurate Ibadan metro from Oleyo to Lalupon is around 27.5 km strength measurement, while from Onitsha to Amasi Awka is 40.5 km, Anambra is second most densely populated state after Lagos.

You keep displaying your daftness. I asked if you are not daft the other time and you keep proving it. You foolish satellite only measured from one side of Ibadan to another side of Ibadan while it measured From your capital awka to far away onitsha which is another town miles away. Why can't your satellite measure from Ibadan to ogbomoso. You thinks every is daft as you are? All those names you see are inside Ibadan. This is like measuring oba ile in Akure to ijoka inside same Akure.

Zombie, Oleyo and Lalupon are both inside Ibadan. You inferior life made you to measure from awka to onitsha. Why did your satellite not measure one place in Awka to another place in the same awka and let see.

Well the person he quoted claimed that ibadan alone was almost as big as the entire Anambra state.
So you see, the guy was only trying to bust that highly bloated and inaccurate claim.
We all know that Oyo state is way bigger than Anambra.
You are quick to refer to someone as daft without understanding what exactly is being talked about yourself.

Otondo read what your dumb brother wrote, he said Ibadan is bigger than Anambra, that was why I used Onitsha and Awka as case study.

ONITSHA METRO cover from Onitsha to Umunya in oyi lga which covers 18.3km, Onitsha has zero slum with more multi storey buildings unlike Ibadan slums covered almost 85% of the city, Awka and Nnewi are another cities on there own in Anambra

Meanwhile, Ibadan alone is more than half of the whole anambra.

Anambra state is 4844km², while Ibadan is 3080km². Anambra not up to two local governments in oyo state.

Lol....Umuahia, Abakaliki are state capitals. There's no development in Orlu or other cities you mentioned only Aba and this is because Aba is the commercial capital of Eastern States after Onitsha. The only good thing about Orlu is the dualized road that leads from Owerri that passes Orlu when you're traveling to Ideato. The modernized market adjacent first bank has been abandoned for over 10years. 80% of the road ar untarred. Orlu-Ihala road's erosion can swallow a trailer.
Below is the only fire station located in Orlu that serves about 10 local government in Imo state
