Its actually a sign that they haven't forgotten about our applications and that the review is ongoing. Lets brace up team prospective ODVI recipient.

I think they are sending the odvi batch by batch, depending on the performance of the previous batch.... When they get the number they want, they move forward to they next stage and regret the unsuccessful candidate... They are extremely strict with this recruitment.

Not sure of their methods. But you are right regarding them being strict with the recruitment. It's Shell, so it's no surprise.

It will be nice if they are a bit faster with the process as some of us still prefer the shell offer over others.

same here. Although I doubt it would happen. I'm about to accept an offer soon because I don't think feedback is coming anytime soon. I hope they prove me wrong.

The recruitment exercise in 2017 lasted for three months, anything can still happen.Lets just be hopeful.I know of someone who got ODVI invite yesterday.She majored in geology.
It is a sign that there are strictly working on the first come, first serve basis.If they can't find what they want in a particular batch, they will quickly move on to the next batch.

My friends got regret mail yesterday and today...people i wrote on d same day with... 1 got a success mail... The stuff is scattered...

Any mail at any time can eida be successful or not

Just be positive

oh. Understood now. That means ODVI invites are still very much rolling in. Still a long way to go before those who completed the ODVI get feedback I think
