But if it is not advisable, make una talk, make person no go send them message now and the next thing na love letter go wake u up for morning (they go come say, My brother you dont have patience )

i'm 100% sure if you send a mail, you'd get replied with a ''lot of applications, review ungoing'' message. Shell is one of the largest companies in the world, they've been doing this for years and their recruitment team are experts at such kind of recruitments. I also wish things could be much faster, but the best you can do is wait. simple. sending a mail could be counter-productive. I repeat : They know what they are doing, an impatient mail from an applicant wouldn't change anything in their plans

Yes, a lot of persons are yet to receive the ODVI. Some wrote to shell and the reply was that they are about to review their test. Encouraged them to be patient as shell received large volume of application this year.

I don't think that matters. Different countries resume differently. They don't try to make sure all countries conduct and conclude recruitment the same time.. At least judging from previous years. And also, it doesn't make logical sense for them to go about it that way
