pls I picked a penn f..... call now, the rep did nt introduce herself neither did the customer, it seem to be a continuation of a previous call, should I go on like that without the intro? the timestamps are in order.
drop am or hit slack, but I strongly advise against working on calls that do not start with Hello or Hi

Boss please, assuming I have $100 in my PayPal, can I withdraw all?
Reason I asked is because of the transaction fee. Is it charged from the amount I entered for withdrawing?

Or is it from the balance remaining.

Another thing is the place for the amount, should I enter just the amount, like, 100 or 100 USD?

Has anyone noticed that their voice to text software has gotten better? We now have [...] on some jobs already before editing and it's made work quicker. I can now archieve my $50 weekly target without much stress
That job you're referring to, is a failed transcript from someone that didn't utilize his/her "redo" option. It had to be sent back to the queue, and you picked it.

permanently limited. It never cleared.

Sam.. Did you use your pp for any business transactions other than receiving money from Qa? How long have you been using the account?
I want to know why they have to limit your account. Just curious. Reply.

Boss. Samsard complained about his account being limited. To the best of your knowledge, what would have prompted that?

Yeah. Rep use sophisticated phones or tools. And they are trained to speak audibly. Except for the highly accented UK Reps.

Slack is the work place community where you can get to connect with other transcribers and moderators who can help you resolve any issues or questions. Just sign-up and the bot will put you through.

For the PayPal, you can follow this link to learn how to do that https://drive.google.com/file/d/1L1TiijdFxxx81cj8a1q5rXZAjeidcQyC/view?usp=drivesdk after opening the PayPal account, go to your nearest UBA branch and tell them you want the international Africard. That's the card you'll use to get your funds directly from PayPal. Please note that you must always log into the Lesotho PayPal using the link provided in the document.

Take some time to read the FAQ and help before you start your first job. It is extremely important.
I already have a UBA verve card. I can't see verve on the list of cards to link. So, I have to get an international Africard first?
