Ogaemmy:okay, let me start, can i use a previously used email for a new pp? Can i use different sims to sign in? If i registered with ls, can i still use ng to sign in? |
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by nwafresh(m): 6:42pm On Sep 05, 2019 |
Qudos4real: If I understand you correctly, you said, you're having issues with both your pp and Qa account. If yes, then you need to start afresh. Get a new sim, create an email and register for a new pp and Qa account. As for your money, you need to ask the people on slack. |

I'm working on a call. Apparently, the customer wants to cancel her insurance policy. The problem here is the rep from the new insurance company is replying on her behalf. Do I label the rep as the customer too? Because when a question is asked, the rep will respond before the customer says anything. I don't want to take it to slack and sound stupid. |
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by samsard(m): 8:33pm On Sep 05, 2019 |
skywalker95:Label both as reps, or just confirm on Slack, they'll respond. |

Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by SUPERPACK: 10:39pm On Sep 05, 2019 |
Ogaemmy:yes unless they included the customers full address. . To me we need a whatsapp group for prompt reply, with whatsapp members can get notification when a member asks a question even when they are busy with a call, pls we should consider it because the wait time on nairaland is much, whatsapp can also grant us privacy to share our problems from the prying eyes of the Qa team. also for most of us who don't fancy the WhatsApp idea we should remember that nairaland policy on deletion of a thread gives we the users zero chance of appeal. we could wakeup one morning and discover all our labour gone. 1 Like 1 Share |

Ogaemmy:I ask questions on Slack and I get responses, but I make sure it is absolutely necessary because I don't expect them to be repeating obvious answers or treating things that are in the FAQ, have you ever tried helping a crowd before You'll understand it's annoying that people would continually ask questions that are covered in an instruction manual. Alternatively, I make mistakes and learn from my mistakes. The current format of the response is the most sustainable for Slack Community, just provide the direction and the Qa analysts can find their way around the road. |
