I believe it's untracked shipping method you used.

Don't worry your consignment in on the way but I'll advise you remove your mind coz it can take up to 7-8 weeks before it reaches you

We are in the same shoes... 4px was always faster than China small package.
mine is departed country of origin on 30-7-19.. but was shock when tracking to see "prepare to despatch" on 9-8-19.
Just confused..
