Honestly, if you are looking from afar you‘d think they do see events playing out but then they just calculate the placement of the stars, make deductions & then give predictions based on that.

I had wanted to delve into it but later on realised the present system available is corrupted, the rules are not straight foward, too many incoherencies. As anything that has to do with destiny is usually hidden by God.

So I‘m still trying to deduce the original concept taught to the prophets (as) from mystical astrology that I‘m more versed in.

but what i want to know is this, did prophet Muhammad( saw) practiced and encourage this sort of things when he was with his people since it can be established this sort of calculations( yepe tite) has been in existence before his prophethood, i dont know if im right though

#Must he have practiced an art for it to be valid sharia-wise ? Where did he posit such ?

#Do you even know what prophethood means ? If he (saw) should raise his gaze in just a single glance, do you know to what extent he would see along the stretch of time & space ?

So, you expect him to be doing lab test to detect malaria or to do sand calculations to know whos gonna make heaven or not ?

One time he caught a jinn that was disturbing his prayers, and tie him, to show his companions, but he saw) said he released the jinn becouse that was the power Givin to suleiman, thats to control jinns. Just imagine many things he can do dat he didnt do because of other prophets dat has done it

Salam alaykum brothers, I just had an experience which is making me feel bad. I wanted to get my first meal of the day when I was accosted by an area boy who held my hand and asked me to give me money. I told him I have no money with me knowing what he was up to. He asked what he should do if he searched me and he ends up finding money. If not for a man who came to my rescue he would have made away with all the money with me and likely injuring me. I could not confront him because he was taller and many of his fellow area boys were around.

My question is there a dua to prevent and destroy anybody trying to physically assault you when you encounter this kind of situation. I only know of duas for spiritual attack(correct me if I am wrong)

My question may seem somehow but anyone who has been physically assaulted or oppressed will relate with me .

This century's Sufi lack the theoretical knowledge of tasawwuf. All of them just go to practical and experiential part of it. It's like someone who is building a house without foundation and plan.

I am not a practical Arif but I studied irfan theoretically (note: theory of irfan was laid to bare by practical and experiential exercise of it. This was done by Ibn Arabi). The so-called sufis of Yorubaland are away too far from being true urafa/sufis (Gnostics).

A strong standby alfa dont need this nonsense if he is upright. The only time you need or they need to advise someone to beg them is if their victim truly offends them. They advise you to apologize. When similar happened to me in ilorin of a woman who claimed i 'offended' her, i was young at 20 and was introduced to this man who is not Muslim at all. He said "a ma be awon iya ni, won nbinu e for no reason". He said if i doubted him, all i have to pay was 500# to bring her live image in front of me and ask her questions( exactly as in movies). I didnt doubt him but i had no money. But i said to myself, awon iya ko awon omode ni. I grew up with dua, why was the need for this?. i know the woman he was talking about. He described her and he was right. I asked, 'what does she want?. He said she wants nothing. She is just angry bcs of bright destiny ahead. Me i dont joke around when it comes to this. I embarked on dua which is so easy for me. Thats why i dont understand why some ppl find it difficult to sit down and make dua. And ofc, i told papa and grandpa. Her threat was real but God was in control. I felt nothing of her threats. Never doubt power of Yasin. Now, about two decades later, here i am. She is now indirectly begging to pay her son's school fees, I never mind bcus i had no issue with her. She chose to be stupid. what Allah already sealed just as ikupakuti said of firaun and musa(as) would come to pass. But that doesnt me one should allow such threats by sitting dumb. Wallah, they would trump over you.
