Any engineer here, are you able to recover a water damaged iphone 7? It does not come up. When I plug it in, the back of the phone gives static when touched indicating the presence of power but e nor dey come up. What is your thought, fixable?

Same issues with my iPhone 6 that's the normal price, its a no service issue. I'm using mine like that with WiFi.
