From your screen shots, I figured out your address is sketchy ; no phone number, no postal code, state and street name. Open a dispute though you may not win it. Next time, do the needful before placing orders.

The item could still be in transit and may arrive later, if it does and you were refunded before it arrived, be honest enough to contact the seller and pay the fee. Next time monitor your orders and ask the seller to extend the time if the item is yet to arrive.

No wonder. Benin post office is the most useless and annoying post office that I've ever seen, take it from a guy that has used multiple post offices in more than five states. Your item has probably arrived at the post office but the annoying and nasty people working there won't notify you and since it's an ordinary packet, you won't be able to track it. If you should go there, they'll simply tell you it hasn't arrived without even checking.
Last month they delivered an item to my brother that has long been forgotten since the beginning of last year and also collected ₦500 from him, the thing pain me eh

Bro those people don do me things. Today I collected three items from the post office that I use in Lagos. They have been gathering items with my name together, so when I got there today, it didn't take more than 5 minutes to get my items.
I also have a friend that is in your shoes now; three items, same Benin post office, no call or text.

If it has been up to one month your order was shipped, contact the Nipost office serving your address. I received all but one of my orders from Aliexpress. After the parcel arrives, the guys at the PO in main gate call me. They ask for recharge card money when they call. To avoid recharge card money, I monitor my order online and go meet them when I believe it has arrived their office.

If you learn something and have issues, it is only common sense you go back and ask from whomever taught you. I actually love the solutions here BUT it wont solve the guys problem if Escrow was not used... His goods are gone.

your shipping method (China Post ordinary small packet) is usually too slow, it may arrive later but I have a bad experience with them, I still have a package which is 70 days now and yet arrive. Next when buying something choose Yanwen economic airmail for smaller items or better still choose aliexpress standard shipping.

My experience here in Owo Ondo state, is for you to be checking post office after 3weeks or as soon as u are able to track the item that it is in the country (if it's a trackable item)
In Owo the post office worker will tell you as you are approaching the door that your order hasn't come. I have insisted on 3 different occasions and I have been able to leave with my items. Even one of the occasions the item had arrived 3weeks earlier
The post office will never contacted you most of the time here in Ondo.

Your item is probably in the post office waiting for pickup. Perhaps you were not just called.

Oga stop shouting Escrow upandan. I'm sure you are hoping to be his new teacher for a price. It's normal. If he paid on AE using his card, he's on escrow already and that's why you can get a refund if you can give a proof of not getting your item.

Not getting items send directly to Nigeria is normal. Especially when they are very small/ligth items.

He doesn't need to go ask anyone anything. He can just head to the nearest post office to his address and if searched and not found, he should just open a dispute and claim refund.

OP, you used China Post Small Packet which is a very slow shipping method.

I have used AliExpress more than 90 times and not one item has been lost. If you do not use registered mail, you should expect your item to take up to 2 months to arrive. In fact, my first order when I was test running AliExpress took 54 days to arrive. I didn't pay for shipping.

So, your problem is not really a problem.

If order does not arrive within stipulated time, open dispute and get a refund.

Go to the nearest post office to you and ask for the Ordinary E-commerce section. Let them check if it is there.
