I applied for my visa appointment date on July 24, 2019, my appointment was scheduled to be September 12th, 2019 by 7.00a.m.
I got to the German Embassy as early as 6:30a.m for my interview, have all my documents well arranged. It came to my turn for the ( V.O ) to interview me ;

V.O :- Please may I have application forms
Me :- I gave it to her
V.O :- She referenced my registration which was on July 24, 2019 and asked me which organization is sponsoring me

Me:- I told her am using blocked account that am not on scholarship.. She insisted, asking me to bring out my sponsorship proof, I was confused because I am very sure that am using blocked account for my subsistence to live in Germany. I tried to explain and plead with her that my school is resuming by October 1, 2019 and have been enrolled. Unfortunately, she didn't attend to me because I couldn't give her the proof of sponsorship. Lo and behold, I was misled due to my ignorance about the whole application processes, based on the wrong information given to me when filling the Visa appointment reservation online.

Immediately, on my way back home in a sad mood. I rebooked for another appointment under Category A because I met one of the criterias listed but am concerned mostly about when the Appointment Date will arrive because my School will be resuming OCTOBER 1st.

Please brothers and Sisters, I need a powerful way forward, I need my Appointment Date back ASAP..... Thanks for your response

It's obvious you mistakenly tick the scholarships box, if not she could not have asked you to bring the prove of the said scholarship,,, cheer up bro it will end in praise, I have booked space for you in my prayers and you will surely testify at the end

i think you ticked I have a scholarship, please read d criteria well u must have a 2.1 and above and must not have graduated before 2017 to qualify for category A, I don't want u to waste your time, its better u pick the right category, than get a date then get bounced, God will see u through.

It was scholarship box I ticked, of whichi shouldn't have ticked it.....but when rebooking again, I neglected those two boxes below and clicked on submit...
How soon do you think Embassy will get back to me, any idea?...thanks bro

Yeah bro, I ticked on the scholarship box due to my ignorance per say......I obtained 2.1 In my Bachelor's degree...

Besides, the third option says "Issued After January 1st, 2017" and I obtained my certificate April, 2018...

You shouldn't have ticked that scholarship box since you don't have a scholarship. But what has happened has happened and it is really sad.
Since you fulfilled the requirements of Category A it is good you booked under that. As for getting a date, the embassy hasn't given out dates in a while. You'll just have to wait and stay hopeful. Don't give up and keep praying. Meanwhile as you wait start seeing enrollment extension from your school. It's well.

I asked my uncle's friend to call him, he did and told him that it's 29euros, that he just did for someone and forward all the documents to him, so he said on Monday he will go back to the office to rectify the problem...my uncle's friend have asked him if he wants to charge me for the letter? And there is no problem if he wants to charge me ( but he should not say the office asked him to pay

But he said no that he is not charging, that he is doing it as a family friend because my friend married his senior sister and it's his senior sister that called him and asked him to do it for me and we have been friends since 2002 and his younger was my class mate in secondary school then. So I am just tired in everything but I am waiting for his response on Monday

Most people still don’t know how this letter works. Apart from the embassy and your intended alien office doing their verification, you must also make sure the important details on your SL are okay. If you are here and you are using SL. Before you have your original SL sent to you, make sure you request for a scanned copy and cross check your details that it is correct, check that the purpose of stay is fur studium.

nachgewiesen must be ticked. nachgewiesen means the sponsor has successfully demonstrated and that he/she has met all requirements to stand as your sponsor.

In some cities like Stuttgart, Rastatt, they tick both nachgewiesen and glaubhaft gemacht while in some cities like München, they only tick nachgewiesen. nachgewiesen is very important.

I once saw SL where nicht nachgewiesen was ticked. It was straight rejection.
So contact your sponsor and let the office the letter came out from make the correction.

Why not get an institution or a company that u have someone there that can help u pick it up then u can have the original yourself and send certified copy to your university..

Thanks so much for ur quick response. I'm looking at a way to cut d cost. If i apply with 1200 i can pick it myself from any uni in Nigeria. Because they will send it there but can't give me at hand. But sending it to Germany? How can i get a copy cause i want to apply to more schools for possible admission.

we can't know if it is ok since we are not the one that issue the document but once your school is sending to another school in naija it must be an official copy and by that then it's very legit so go for it .

As long as the transcript carries the official original ink stamp and signature of your Nigerian University you are fine. But you still need to ceritify the photocopy either at the embassy or high court before sending it to your intending German universities or uni-assist.
