I think Hotels should be compel to Install CCTV at the point of checking IN so as to track down criminals when the need arises.

Its not impossible in this country; some years back i swore that Nigerians can never go into suicide bombing. Look at us now, we r competing with the inventors. If he ever communicated with them online or through a phone call one girl should have told her friend " this guy is rich and cute, I'm going to visit him this night." . At least a friend of a victim would have a slight clue about the man. The phone calls will only come in to prove that he, actually. was the one.

Also these prostitutes usually have their turfs where they ply their trade by the roadside and they don't hang out alone.

A simple urban map marking the location of all the murder scenes, the coverage area and proximity of each crime scene can reveal a lot.

He may not use his car for the crime. You're right. He may not even lodge in with them. He may lure them into the hotel and come in "through the back door" as the buildings he uses do not have the least security not even a CCTV camera. He may not walk in with them. He may book an appointment with them and come in later to the crime. His greatest fear will be being noticed, I have a feeling he comes in masked on the day he intends to commit the homicide . If he uses a hotel, he or his accomplice must rate the security strength of the place through a one time visit or numerous visits. The best time to trace him is not when he does the act because he must have known how to conceal his identity in the facility then. The best trace is when he enters the facility as a normal person with intention of getting security information about the place.

IT'S CLEAR THERE IS A SERIAL KILLER IS ON THE LOOSE. A NIGERIAN 'TED BUNDY'.
