I dont stay there. But u can get very huge groundnut seeds mostly around Ekpoma, Auchi, Okpella, in purple seed coats. I schooled there.

I used to see some in Lagos but I rarely do now

My love for noodles is second to none...

It's noodles with semi cooked egg dusted with suya pepper.....I like it spicy

Second pics is noodles and Irish potatoes

I used to take these too. Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Lemon and Honey. My dad would make the "concoction" in a syrup form and I take it. Helps relieve cough, catarrh, and chest pain. Very healthy combos
