Alfa Belgore provided consultancy for P&ID. Yes, if he did not, someone else would have. Why did FG not get our eminent jurists advice on this matter before heading to court? Why did they not tske the offer of $850m? Why are they looking for who to blame except themselves? I thought this same Premium Times some weeks back told us that FG have found a silver bullet to shoot down P&ID case?
