I've never heard of this. Usually the address has to be the same on PayPal and Africard.

With my experience so far, i guess it will help a lot folks that are yet to get their prepaid card..

1. Make sure that your billing address on paypal will be the same with the one you'll fill during the card application. If your PayPal address is not correct, you can edit it (i edited mine)
2. Request for the card from the customer service before he starts filling the details online. Once the card is with you, check the back of the envelope and see if what is written is INTERNATIONAL HIGH. if not, don't allow the personnel to continue with the process online.(i had same issue. I didn't check the back of the envelope and the guy ended up giving me LOCAL HIGH. So please ensure you collect the card envelope and check before he proceeds )
3. If the account (INTERNATIONAL HIGH) is successful, ensure you deposit at least #2000.

4. Once step 1-3 is correctly followed, you can now proceed with both the linking and confirmation.

I applied on Monday last week and I was told to come and collect it on Friday despite choosing the instant option. when I asked why, they said they want to do a KYC (know your customer) on the account. I was able to collect the card on Friday and verified my paypal same day.

The branch I got mine also did address verification before they issued it out to me. Just let them verify, within one week or so, everything would be settled.

That's why there are no calls on queue. There's an avalanche of new entrants who just cheated their way in to make easy money Moments like this I can understand why Transcribeme and the other platforms make passing their test a really hard thing to achieve.
I have an unrated call that's 11 days old right now, which is unprecedented.
She basically said they're overwhelmed with transcripts, a lot of which is actually poor and stressing out the Qas.

Yes. She is somewhat happy for the new wave of competition though. A scc marked me down for something I was right about. I contacted her and she realised she was wrong. But still didn't upgrade me from a 3. Giving me one flimsy excuse. It is well. I am so sad right now. Because, that call affected my rating and didn't even afford me good cash. Just $0.50,Shouldn't have done it.

Too much competition and everyone would end up with $4 a week. Well, I'm already setting up a gig on Fiverr, it's tough but I'll take the deep and let Qa slide if if works.
At least I learnt.

PayPal said my withdrawal limit has been lifted when I opened my account and linked a card some months ago. But I’m still being very careful cos I’m skeptical about the limit stuff.
