These are things all provided for in the budgets for the ministry of health in all 36 states, 700+ local governments and numerous NGOs fundes by the government and WHO. Tens of billions of naira.
What is this money been used for? Nigerians are not animals. Even animals have medical care and hospitals in other countries.

Secondly, because a persons eyes are shut and hes not moving does not mean he is dead. No one is dead until certified by a medical professional.
You need to check the heart beat or pulse and even when there is none, you can revive a person by CPR or mouth to mouth.
Its rudimentary first aid. It saves millions of lives every year in other countries; you dont even need equipment, just the knowledge and your hands or mouth.

Everybody blames the woman now even without getting the full gist. Death is very strong.

Personally, I think the man contributed to his death. Why did he go there to disgrace himself? Did he negotiate with the woman before eating? Why couldn't he beg other customers to pay for him if he had no money? Even if after eating he found out his wallet Was missing, he could still beg the woman and the woman would consider if he was her customer, or still ask for help from people.

I had been in several situation where I had to beg money on the road to complete my tfare. People push people to the wall. I think the guy was drunk and that's the disadvantage of getting drunk. The woman may have anger issue, yes, but he didn't kill the man at first impulse. This is avoidable death. We should always be careful with dealings with people. Don't cause people to harm you.

Lesson: learn to hold your anger.
