Affairs, Mr. Kimiebi Ebenfa, confirmed this to The PUNCH via a WhatsApp message on Wednesday.

He said, “We wish to inform you that the second batch of about 319 willing Nigerian returnees from South Africa has departed O. R. Tambo International Airport Johannesburg, South Africa, today at 14h58 local time.

“The returnees, who were airlifted by Air Peace Airline are expected to arrive Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, today at about 18h58 local time.”

The first flight had brought back 187 Nigerians out of the 313 scheduled for the evacuation last Wednesday, following the xenophobic attacks against foreign nationals in SA.

The Consul-General, Nigerian High Commission in South Africa, Godwin Adama, had disclosed that the number of registered Nigerians had risen to 1,004, adding that the technical issues faced during the first evacuation were being addressed.

The PUNCH had reported that 817 Nigerians were awaiting evacuation.

No place like home, if not for our leaders why do we have to start traveling up and down.
The North africans hardly settle out of their country not because they are reach but because things are working.

Almost, if not all Nigerians are just looking for the slightest opportunity to leave this country. Forgetting that leaving the country will not solve the problem. Instead, we should all join hands to fight our compromised security agencies and our greedy politicians in other to bring sanity to our beloved country.

Personally, I'm looking forward to that day we will hold unbiased national protest. I will make sure i pertake in it.

COME HOME AND FIX NIGERIA.

There is no place like Home.

All this returnees should also go for HIV AND AIDS Screening Test.

This is to prevent the spread of South African brand of diseases spreading in Nigeria.

Now that Nigerians don reduce in SA; it’s time for Ghanaians to also chase Nigerians back home. We have lost talents out there. Let’s remain here in 9jw & make it great. We can’t keep running to other small neighboring countries for shelter..
