No IELTS, No WES, No CRS.

You only have to send $3,105.89 (bitcoins only) to my bitcoin address and you'd get your citizenship (you skip PR) in 3 weeks.
When you get to the Canadian airport, tell them Stencil sent you, they will know what it means.

PS: How is the wait? Any ghost updates? PPR? COPR? How are you coping without ifeoma77?

If the VO realize this, it's straight rejection and 5 years ban for misinterpretation. So raise a CSE immediately and explain your plight.

These guys see these things. If they miss it now and find out later on after issuing PPR, they can still cancel it.
