Good morning house. Please help me with this question. Can you claim inlaws as your siblings when opening your profile?

Thanks for the anticipated answer
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by Nobody: 9:08am On Sep 20, 2019
I disagree. One might have siblings he's unaware of or cannot reach to get their full names and dates of birth.
iaatmguy:
Yes it's misrepresentation. you could either keep to yourself and risk them finding out or say the truth IMMEDIATELY with a profound apology. the ball is in your court

Hello Gurus

Please I need advice for a friend.

He has a Canadian degree - but when he submitted his profile it did not add the score to his overall. Has anyone experienced this please? Kindly advice. Thanks

agreed about the first, what of the second? in my own opinion, its best to back it up with a LOE

Thank you so much. I'm definitely adding them today. Do you know if there's a form I can use to add them? Or should I just type them out in the LOE?

No. They must be your blood or step siblings. Your spouse can claim his siblings though, if he's the primary applicant

Before this thread closes, I am here to testify (because I told God I must testify in this thread). It is not PPR or ITA but NOI from Alberta! When I was about to give up and I had started to count down to my IELTS expiration, the God who is too faithful to fail threw me a lifeline through Alberta. This is part 1 of my testimony, watch out for the full story and my PPR story in part 9 of this thread grin. We can't afford to give up on the Canadian dream, do everything you can legally to keep the dream alive and remember that it will end in praise.
Congrats! Please be kind enough to share your NOC and CRS

its misrepresentation even though it wasn't deliberate. At the point of entry the conversation can bring it up then boom. See the case of a nigerian of recent who did not include his step daughter as she was not depent on him or lives with them. The wife was asked a honest question. And she mentioned she had a kid before but none yet for her husband. Naso kasala burst ppr was cancelled and They are back in Nigeria now adding the step daughter to their application. https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/help-please-landing-gone-wrong.638643/

Good morning everyone.

I am so grateful to God. I am finally done with IELTS.

1st attempt 17th August, 2019 - LRWS- 7.5, 9, 6.5, 6.5

When I saw the result, I was so angry and moody all through that day. However, the next day, I woke up, encouraged myself and decided to rewrite the test on the next available date (7th Sept), which was just one week away (Thank God I made the decision).
I realized I needed help, so I contacted @ johnnybravo to assist with my writing. He agreed and we had one week intensive coaching on writing, while i was also seriously practicing the other components as well. He also gave me tips on Listening.

2nd attempt 7th September, 2019- LRWS- 8.5, 9, 7.5, 7.5 (all maxed out)

MY ADVICE

Listening- Practice hard and listen attentively. Infact, listen like your life depends on it. Look out for your weak areas and focus on them till you conquer.

Reading-Practice, focus on your weak areas. try and get the 'tricks' behind answering correctly.

Writing- Please, please and please, if you are stuck on 6.5, look for someone to review your scripts. It will save you the money you will spend rewriting the test. I recommend @ johnnybravo1990, he is really thorough, detailed and also friendly.

Speaking-i made the mistake of trying to over-impress in my first test. My advise here is to keep it simple. Just talk as if you are with a friend. you dont need impress. Keep talking until you are told to stop.

I have learnt so much from this thread and I want to appreciate everybody.
Thank you @ cookeed (for taking out time to share your tips with me) @ johnnybravo (the intensive coaching really paid off) @ladymarshall @ jjohndoe83 and to everyone who keep contributing one way or the other to this thread.

All Glory to God!

You can only claim sibling points with a sibling (brother or sister). You can't use extended family members for this

Under EE, he can’t claim cousin. But can claim under PNP (Saskatchewan and Manitoba) as long as the cousin is a PR or Citizen.

Which part is false? Can you point me to where IRCC states in-laws can be used to claim points? Or is it wrong for his/her spouse using siblings the incorrect bit?

Good day House,

To any that has got PPR through provincial nomination.

Please did you get ADR requesting you to complete one schedule 4 and Schedule 4A declaration form, stating you will reside in that particular province.
I am asking because an online chat group says you can get an ADR for that.
I just submitted, post-ITA, and applied through Ontario Provincial Nomination.

Regards
