Growing up I use to take Benniseed kunu (kunu ridi)I don’t know how it’s made but I drank it back then

Protein shake after hitting the gym tongue

Not so sweet for those that love sweet things but nutty and tasty.

Soy beans, blanched almonds, salted cashew nuts and roasted sesame seeds, add salt to taste. I wanted to add one date fruit but no date around.

Blend everything and sip away.

Try spicing your plantain with ginger, onion and a little fresh pepper ( since you don't tolerate peppers much), the taste is better experienced than explained ! tongue
