A good business idea - cheese farm.
We have plenty of cows and goat.

Mozzarella cheese is very common, we have alot of cheese and especially mozzarella cheese here in Nigeria

You are right.
For me, I do enjoyed the gwara...I wasn't even sure of the name at that time but loved buying it. I love cottage cheese and Ricotta now.

I like snacking on plain cottage or ricotta and blueberries. I'm craving it as i haven't had it since this year. I like cream cheese spread- my favorite Saturday breakfast thing.

Especially the berry flavored ones on blue berry bagels (I only like blueberry bagels).

Glad to see everyone is doing great and the ministry is moving forward. We just returned from a vacation and as usual food was one of the highlights of our trip...

Difficult to get Kiwi fruit in Nigeria, but you can buy online when is the season or look for any foreign fruit shop around your environment and place your order.
