He created a landing page that redirects you to a cloned Amazon website that redirects you to a cloned Payooneer website. Either that, or he just cloned a payooneer website and begged his client to pay outside of Amazon.

Anybody that uses Payoneer as a form of legal buisnesss should write to them on Twitter or through their 'contact us' page on thier website and link this news to them. Express your dissatisfaction with the security of their services and how you'd like to know what's been done about it. The goal here to is try and get Payoneer to sue the Guardian newspaper for misleading information. I know you love your country, but it won't be long before freelancers are being hunted.
