Yep alongside Havertz and Joao Felix.
IMO, Sancho deserves it more... he has been great since he joined Dortmund.

FIFPro 11 was a joke. Marcelo, Modric and Ramos making the team while the likes of TAA, Robertson, Mane and Salah were left out killed the legitimacy of the award.
Fifapro xi is the biggest joke, hope you can see from barca that its only messi that was there, what is marcelo modric ramos doing there, the thing just dey vex me, liverpool suppose dominate that list, but sorry salah doesnt deserve to be there, Arnold, robertson and mane

In 2004, Davies began his UEFA coaching licences while also attending Loughborough University, where he studied Sport Science, and working in various youth coaching roles.

After graduating from Loughborough with 1st class honours in 2007, Davies was a youth coach in New Zealand for 3 seasons, including at Hawke's Bay United, where he worked alongside Bobby and Jonathan Gould.

In 2010, aged 25, Davies was recruited as an assistant coach by Brendan Rodgers, who was the newly appointed Swansea City manager. In their first season, Swansea City were promoted to the Premier League.

Davies moved with Rodgers to Liverpool in June 2012, and left his position at Liverpool on 8 October 2015. During his time at Liverpool, Davies completed his UEFA Pro Licence in 2015.

Davies rejoined Reading on 1 January 2016 as their first team coach. At 30-years-old, Davies became the youngest first team coach in the club's history.

In June 2016, Davies moved to Celtic, becoming assistant manager to Rodgers. In their first season in charge, Celtic won the domestic treble for only the fourth time in the club's history, as they reshaped the squad with youthful flair.

Celtic would go on to break their own 100-year-old record for successive domestic games unbeaten, going 69 matches without defeat.

In February 2019, Davies moved with Rodgers to Leicester City, again as his assistant manager.

Source: Wikipedia

Chris Davies has been on Rodgers side most of Rodgers career and I feel Chris is a big part of the brilliant tactical play.

I hope Nacho is learning loads from him. Chris seems very interested in Iheanacho and has been the one answering most of the questions from Iheanacho.
Someone with your level of experience is carrying media reports like it's biblical authority.

You should know what is said in.the media and what is said one to one are many many miles apart. You talk like someone who doesn't know the game.

In my experience l have always found what players, Managers and coaches say to me off the record is a thousand miles different from what is said in the media.

I expected you to know this.

Sometimes players are more concerned about the £££ and where will the next contract come from.

As opposed to playing regularly and or good football.

With your level of experience, where do you get information on players? Are you saying you have watched all players from Thierry Henry, Ronaldo De Lima, Maradona, David Beckham, Paolo Maldini, Totti, Iniesta, Xavi etc on training pitches?

Apart from live games, the most regarded source of information on football players are from media reports.

You should be experienced enough to know this. Why do we have sports news, articles, journals, reports, blogs, websites etc? It is to study and draw information from them.

What you wrote up there does not add up in any way.

Graham Potter of Brighton is very bright and he has got the team playing some breathtaking football when it comes to build up plays.

I say Balogun completes the season with him before making a jump. I bet he has not gotten the kind of education he is getting from Potter than he has with any coach.

I am happy for Dele Bashiru that he is there but l am at loss on what basishuh

When you consider players like Ryan Ssegnon, just turned 19 but almost three seasons of first team football or Reiss Nelson, Hudson Odoi, Saka, etc.

Not sure how they arrived at these awards but the criteria seems warped.

This is not the place to talk about who you know or don't know. Thats not the point.

I am telling you the REALITY of football and media.

But you want to rely on media.

I am telling you what you are saying is not true. Not at all.

Since the time of football going global, press reports have been a key tool in knowing what is going on behind the scene or even having an idea.

You can not in any way discard it. No one said it is the holy grail but it gives a good picture.

If not, there would be no need for football news. Are you telling me you do not listen to football news?

On Saturday, I watched an interview of Alderweireld who plays for Tottenham as a defender. Graeme Le Saux who used to be a former defender of Chelsea and England conducted the interview.

Keep in mind Alderweireld is from Ajax academy and played for Ajax. He has been exposed to a lot of tactical knowledge growing up.

During the interview, Alderweireld did not say a lot but poured some very insightful tips. It was like listening to a tactical coach explain the art of defending, both on and off the ball.

After he was done, Graeme Le Saux said, I wish I had half of this information you just said all my playing career.

I believe deeply that tactical knowledge makes players better. That is why I am against foreign borns from quality academies playing the U17 for Nigeria. The foreign borns are exposed to a lot of tactical knowledge at a very young age and our U17 camping system gives chance to young players in the country who have not been exposed to this kind of training to get it.

No absolutely not.

Your approach is wrong.

First of all even of l watch players in training day in day out my view and assessment are IRRELEVANT.

It's the coaching staffs view that is pertinent not mine. You must understand what Dyche is looking for at Burnley and what Klopp is looking for ate completely different.

That's why you talk to coaches, managers and players to get a feel for the club. So for instance there are very few Black players l would advise to sign for Burnley. I know the club and what l know you will NEVER FIND in the media.

That's why I never ever rely on solely on media reports.

What you are saying is devoid of the point.

The point is that a manager who works everyday with a player made some observations and you are trying to discredit his words with nothing to back it.

It shows ignorance or you deliberately want to sow a negative seed. It does not add up.

Arsene Wenger, Alex Ferguson, Mancini, Pellegrini and a host of other managers, players and staff get interviewed regularly to draw up information.

Whether Klopp likes Albino or Steve Bruce likes bow legs does not count.

You study the information and deduce knowledge from it.

Trying to discredit Leicester City management with no obvious fact is like discrediting journalism as a whole.

Why do we post news here? Is nairaland not littered daily with news? Are our lives hinged solely on the words from the news.

Did you not see people reading news during the serial killer rampage in Port Harcourt and people making suggestions from them? It is the same thing. You are off here with your level of experience.

Going through Kelechi Iheanacho profile this morning, i have realized that his career profile is not an entirely bad profile as been touted by a known moniker.

At his Age, he is not doing badly for a 22 year old. His goals in respect to number of matches is average just like most footballers at his age. I dare say, that except a likely few, he has done well and achieved more than his peers.

I believe he will have a decent career even though we envisaged a glorious picture initially for him.

Afterall, most footballers retire with average careers anyway.

Keep in mind Nacho is yet to get a steady run of games playing full time and most importantly with the team playing in an offensive fashion since he left City.

If you watched the way we played half against Ukraine and have Nacho striking, I have no doubt he would deliver mind blowing scoring figures. With Rodgers he gets to train in the system. I hope he soon gets a run of games playing in the system, if not another offensive team.

What does Balogun want to learn at 31? At most he has 3-4 years of top flight football in him

Leonardo Bonucci is still waxing strong at 32. If Balogun has 3-4 years based on your assumption, he can have 2-3years playing quality defensive creative play which will do him more than sticking to the old average routine.

Graham Potter's defensive build up plays is on par with the best coaches in the game.

So bonucci suddenly became world class at 31? Balogun is OK, he should change clubs to get enough game time there's nothing new Porter wants to teach him
